AMHERST, N.Y. Hartford cross country concluded its 2019 slate on Friday at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship Meet, held at the University at Buffalo's North Campus in Amherst, N.Y. The Hawks finished the season on a high-note after having multiple runners set new personal bests on a difficult road course.
